Project Overview
The exposed concrete ceilings and open layout of this loft called for a lighting solution that could provide useful illumination without taking away from the home's industrial character. Brda Electric installed a combination of LED track lighting and decorative fixtures to create flexible lighting throughout the living spaces.
The project included five 8-foot and three 4-foot LED track-light sections, providing a total of 52 feet of new track lighting. Adjustable fixtures allow light to be directed where it is needed while keeping the installation visually consistent with the exposed conduit, concrete, and ductwork throughout the space.
Two customer-selected chandeliers were also installed to add decorative focal points and warmer ambient lighting. As part of the electrical work, Brda Electric installed a whole-home surge protection device for added protection of the home's electrical equipment.
