Selected candidates will connect with us virtually for a first conversation. This is a chance for us to learn more about you and for you to ask questions about the role.

Our team takes time to thoughtfully evaluate each candidate before moving forward. We'll follow up with next steps as soon as a decision is made.

In-Person Review
Come meet the team at our Fenton, Missouri office. We want to get a real feel for who you are and how you work.

Working Interview (for electricians)
Electrician candidates will complete a hands-on working interview so we can see your skills in action. It's also a great opportunity for you to experience our crew firsthand.
