Smart Lighting & Electrical Upgrades in Fenton, MO

Project Overview

This Fenton homeowner has worked with Brda Electric on multiple electrical projects over several years, with lighting becoming one of the most noticeable upgrades throughout the home.

Approximately 15–20 smart lighting fixtures were installed across the residence, giving the homeowner convenient voice control over the lighting. The system allows lighting levels to be adjusted by voice command, including dimming individual areas such as the living room. New recessed lighting also created brighter, more even illumination across several main living spaces.

The lighting improvements extended into the lower-level game and theater area, where geometric LED fixtures create a distinctive focal point above the pool table and complement the room's dark exposed ceiling. Additional electrical work throughout the home included smart switching, a vaulted-ceiling fan installation, new and repaired outlets, theater-seat power, pool lighting, and other residential electrical updates.

Together, the projects created a home with more flexible lighting, easier control, and updated electrical functionality while allowing the homeowner to continue building on the system over time.
