Project Overview
Brda Electric partnered a local contractor to revamp an old Steak 'n Shake into Takeiros Mex-Eats, a vibrant Mexican eatery. This comprehensive buildout required wiring for an extensive array of kitchen equipment, custom lighting, and reconfiguring circuits to align with the updated floor plan. The project also involved removing old fixtures, relocating fans, and optimizing the electrical layout for functionality and efficiency.

- Wired for 25+ appliances, including fryers, grills, refrigerators, dispensers, and a margarita machine.
Lighting:
- Furnished and installed 25 LED flat panel fixtures and wired 45 decorative and pendant fixtures.
Safety Systems:
- Wired duct detectors and keypads as part of an add-on for enhanced fire suppression.
Reconfiguration:
- Rerouted circuits and adjusted ceiling lighting to fit the new wall layout, ensuring seamless integration with the restaurant design.
