Vaulted Ceiling Lighting Upgrade in Ballwin, MO

Project Overview

The vaulted ceilings in this Ballwin home provided an opportunity to create more consistent lighting throughout the open kitchen and living areas. Brda Electric developed and installed a new lighting layout using low-profile LED wafer lights to add illumination without introducing bulky fixtures into the ceiling.

The project included twelve 8-inch Nora wafer lights and one 6-inch wafer light across the kitchen and living room. Three homeowner-selected pendant lights were installed over the kitchen bar, while an existing living room fan was replaced with a customer-selected ceiling fan.

Brda Electric also updated the switching and controls for the new lighting, including Legrand Radiant switches and smart lighting components. The finished system gives the homeowner greater control over multiple lighting zones while creating a cleaner, more intentional lighting layout throughout the space.
