Office Remodel for Weir Minerals in St. Louis

Whether it’s a small remodel or complete overhaul, businesses need a solid electrical foundation to keep running at full speed. After reviewing plans for the office remodel, Brda Electric demoed the existing power and lighting and installed the following:

LED Lighting

Energy-efficient LED lighting emits less heat, can lower your energy bill and reduce your footprint on the environment. For this project, Brda Electric installed:

• 16-foot white track light with track heads and LED lamps
• 4 foot LED wrap fixtures

Beyond LED lighting, Brda Electric also installed:

• Duplex receptacles
• Pipe and box rough ins
• Electrical junction boxes with separate 20-amp, 120-volt circuit for future modular furniture
• Electrical junction boxes with ¾ inch pipe stub for future modular furniture
• Single pole switches
• Exit & emergency combos
• Wiring for office appliances including: refrigerator, dishwasher, under counter icemaker and coffee maker
